明王孟津生於明萬曆廿年壬辰（1592），死於清順治九年壬辰（1652），辛卯（1651）乃順治八年，為臨死前一年之作，人書俱老，彌足珎寶。甲午（1954）一月廿四日大雪竟日，乘興偶識。
鈐印：「清宮太保」。
藏印：「余晉龢」（兩鈐）。

註：余晋龢（1887-？），字幼耕，浙江紹興人。畢業於日本陸軍士官學校。後跟隨汪精衛，抗戰爆發後任北京特別市市長，繼華北政務委員會委員。抗戰勝利後被捕，死於獄中。
