鈐印：「悲鴻」。
上款：「振賢」即陳振賢（1893-1976），字少銘，祖籍廣東潮安，
祖父乃南洋僑領陳旭年，父陳金藩官江西南康知府。他出生於江
西南康，少年時期加入同盟會，投身革命活動。一九二五年定居
星洲，接管祖父遺留之產業。三五年出任四海通銀行司理，三七
年任新加坡中華總商會會長，並歷任潮籍社團要職，積極參與社
會活動，為當地華人中聲名頗著的領袖。
