Avalokitesvara: The original dharmapala head and a small head of Amitabha are now lost, most likely lost from a huge impact as evident on the depressed areas at the upper heads and the deformed shoulder. There are two circular apertures to the bottom of the robe on the either side and a circular aperture to the far left head of the bottom tier. Some losses to the earrings, hardstones and tributes. There are general rubbing to the gilding, such as those on the faces. The original stand is lost and replaced with a wood stand. Sovereign of the Clouds and Dawn: base unsealed. The back has a deep 3cm vertical scratch. The right hand little finger is chipped. There is a 1.5cm loss to the tail of one of the phoenixes on the headdress. One rear corner of the stand has a 1x1.5cm. There are other minor losses to the extremities. There are two circular apertures to either end of the robe. There are extensive scratches and rubbing to the gilding. Amitayus: Both Amitayus have lost their attributes and mandorla. There are two rectangular apertures at the rear with associated cracks around. One figure has a layer of red paint to the back of the stand. The other figure has a 2cm L-shaped crack to the reverse.
