seated in dyanasana, the left hand rested in dhyanamudra and the right hand extended in bhumisparsamudra, wearing a dhoti and a shawl, the benevolent face framed by tightly curled hair gathered in an ushnisha atop, the double lotus base inscribed with Chinese, Manchu and Tibetan marks reading Weiguang Fo and Da Qing Qianlong nian jingzao (Respectfully made in the Qianlong period of the Great Qing dynasty)

This figure of Buddha is in reasonably good condition, but is missing the inset base. There is a small dent and minor split to the right knee. There is also a dent to the edge of the base at the reverse and to the left side of the reverse. There is rubbing to the gilding in various areas including the back of the head, the face, the arms, hands, legs and base.
