the rounded shoulders decorated with alternating conch shells and ruyi heads linked by beaded garlands suspending tassels with circular or lozenge-shaped tops, above white and yellow lotus flowers and turquoise leaves on slender stems emerging from turbulent waves, all on a dark blue ground

Condition

The exterior neck and shoulder above the narrow turquiose band is overpainted and a restored crack or break extends in a shallow V-shape through the beaded decoration above one of the white lotus flowers. There is a restored chip and a small unrestored chip to the edge of the foot.
