the ovoid body rising to a tall waisted neck terminating in a lipped rim, all supported on a flared foot, decorated all over with a design of lotus blossoms surrounded by foliate scrolls, covered with an attractive soft green glaze that gathers in the recesses of the decoration to highlight the design

Condition

The base has been drilled through the center. There are a number of stained craze lines in the neck and around the bottom of the vase. There is a firing flaw in the lip and a number of craze lines in the interior just below the mouth rim.
