the corpulent Daoist immortal portrayed standing, dressed in long flowing robe and loose pants fastened at his waist by a ribbon, with bald head, a gentle face and a finely incised beard, clutching in its left hand a fan threaded with long wisps of hair, the white translucent stone picked out with some icy streaks and finished to a smooth polish, carved wood stand
Condition
There is a small hole under the figure to secure it on a peg, a few minor nibbles to the bottom edge of the robe, but overall it is in very good condition. The actual colour is quite close to the catalogue illustration.
