the three ripe fruits issuing from a gnarled stem on the underside, among curling serrated leaves naturalistically detailed with veins, a long-tailed bird perched on one side, the white translucent stone picked out with russet inclusions and finished to a smooth polish, on a dark wood stand finely carved in the form of intertwined vines

Condition
The paperweight is in very good condition. The actual colour of the jade is very close to the catalogue illustration.
