carved in the form of a fruiting and flowering branch of linghzi, peony, aster and kaki fruit, with two small long-tailed birds perched on the side, their plumage picked out with incised details, one fruit inscribed with the four characters Baishi ruyi (‘To get everything you wish for’), cleverly carved using the contrasting colours of the stone and its natural veins, attached to a silk thread with amethyst and pearls
Condition
The pendant is in very good condition. There is a chip to the section of the tourmaline bead attached to the silk thread.
