The colours are fairly accurete in the catalogue illustration, although the overall tonality is lighter in the original. The work is executed on a granite paper. Irregularly originally cut, the sheet is floating in the mount. The sheet is torn at the extremity of the upper right corner (approx. 1,5 cm) and very slightly in the lower right corner (approx. 0,4cm). Are only visible under very close inspection, three artist's pinholes : -one in the upper left corner -two in the lower left corner Are only visible under close inspection, a few pinhead sized losses of paint : -three located 20 cm from the lower edge and 24 cm from the right edge -two located 19 cm from the lower edge and 33 cm from the right edge A light water stain located along the lower edge is only visible under very close inspection. This work is in very good condition.
