comprised of one settee and three armchairs, with oval backrests and fluted tapering legs, the upholstery with cartouches of putti at play framed by floral garlands.  Pegged construction.

Condition

Overall in good condition. All tapestry upholstery with extensive wear and losses to silk and wool warp fiber exposing cotton weft cords. The seams of construction visible. The frames with the usual nicks, dents and chips, sometimes exposing the gesso and bare wood. Extensive wear and loss to gilding to all edges. One armchair with a top crest partially detached and now bending inwards which will require professional restoration.
