Condition
The work is in very good condition overall. The board is in good condition and is free from cracking. There is a slight warping of the board in the extreme left corner. There are some minor marks of wear and handling along the edges and corners with an associated retouching on the middle right edge, which is visible only under UV light. Examination under ultraviolet light also reveals indications of retouching scattered among the rooftops of houses along the river and on the tree. Framed.
