The work is in good condition overall. Indications of light wear and handling are found along the edges and margins of the painting, including associated three areas of chips on the upper right corner, but the Masonite board is in good condition overall with neither warps nor cracks. Minute flecks of paint loss is found on the window of the house (black area), and is apparent only upon close observation. Paint layers are stable and sound.Examination under ultraviolet light reveals scattered flecks of restoration, primarily in the white painted areas, which are not apparent to the naked eye. Otherwise, the work appears to be good and sound. Colour of the catalogue illustation is accurate. Framed.
