supported by a double-lotus pedestal, the deity seated on a lotus pedestal before a petal-form mandorla, wearing extravagant jewellery and wheel-shaped earrings, his hands crossed in prajnalinganabhinaya mudra clasping a vajra and ghanta, backed by a leaf-form aureole and further enclosed by a petal-form mandorla, the back incised with the name of the deity Da chi jingang ('Vajradhara'), repeated in Manchu, Mongolian and Tibetan, all above a six-character reign mark, the base inscribed with the characters huang yi, wood stand

Condition
