elegantly potted with rounded sides raised on a slightly tapered foot curving to an everted rim, evenly covered overall with a glossy glaze of a pale yellow tone, the white-glazed countersunk base inscribed in underglaze blue with a six-character mark within double circles

Acquired in Japan, 2007.

Condition

The overall condition is excellent with only two minor underglaze body lines to the foot and some expected wear to the surface. The actual colour is quite close to the catalogue illustration.
