Mellerio - The sale of 25 pieces from the Jeweller’s Archives
On the occasion of the upcoming Fine Jewels sale which will be held in Paris on 1st April, Sotheby’s will be celebrating the Jewellery house Mellerio with two important events : an exceptional exhibition of 17 treasures from Mellerio’s heritage collection and the sale of 25 pieces from the jeweller’s archives. Amongst its most attractive pieces; two spectacular jewels with very large emeralds; a necklace made in 1977 with a cabochon emerald weighing 19.76 carats; and a semi-parure (1979) adorned with cabochons emeralds and brilliant-cut diamonds.
The sale will also feature fine jewels from Suzanne Belperron, Van Cleef & Arpels, Cartier, René Boivin as well as Froment-Meurice.
