elcome to Sotheby’s. Please observe and comply with the following rules:
1. Sotheby’s reserves the right to refuse entry or expel any visitor who does not comply with visitor rules.
2. All visitors and their belongings may be subject to a security check before entering the premises.
3. Please be respectful to other visitors and our staff.
4. Visitors are required to wear proper attire. We reserve the right to deny admission to or remove any person wearing attire that we consider inappropriate.
5. Handbags and small bags are allowed in the premises. Backpacks must be worn on the front of the body. Oversized bags, suitcases and trolley cases are not allowed in the premises. Visitors can place luggage and oversized items at the location designated by the Sotheby’s staff, however visitors are responsible for the safety of their own personal belongings.
- Size of Luggage: Backpacks, bags, trolley cases, luggage and boxes larger than 30 x 42 x 10 cm are not permitted in the premises.
6. Please do not touch any property on display. Always maintain a safe distance and do not lean against any item. Visitors may be liable to compensate for any damage incurred.
7. Please place umbrellas on the designated umbrella rack at Sotheby’s concierge.
8. No food or drink is permitted inside the premises.
9. Children age 12 or below must be accompanied by a parent or guardian when inside the premises for safety reasons.
10. With the exception of service dogs, animals are not permitted inside the venue.
11. No audio or visual recording is allowed without prior permission from Sotheby’s. Cell phones and non-professional cameras are permitted in general areas but please be mindful to of disruption to other visitors and safety of property. Selfie sticks and tripods are prohibited.
12. No restricted items, such as skateboards and scooters, are permitted in the premise. The following items are not permitted inside the premises:
- Camera stands, tripods, and selfie sticks
- Skateboards, scooters, and bicycles
- Weapons and dangerous chemicals
- Perishable items
13. Visitors are not permitted to enter any restricted area without authorization. In the event of an emergency, visitors must comply with directions of Sotheby’s security.
14. Any distribution of unauthorised printed or recorded materials, unauthorised demonstrations or other unsolicited acts are prohibited. The following are not permitted, except with the written approval of Sotheby’s:
- The sale or display of any goods or services
- Public speech, demonstration, lecture or sermon
- Conduct, take part or enter into any public discussion, public debate, public meeting or public procession
- Usage of any flag, banner, or sign to incite a crowd
- Begging or soliciting, gambling, touting, or any unlawful or immoral activities
15. Dangerous or hazardous materials are prohibited, including flammable and corrosive substances; cans or objects which may pose risk to any person or property; firearms, ammunition, or offensive weapons of any kind; and objects that resemble weapons.
16. Please be mindful of other visitors and do not make excessive noise inside the premises. If you wish to make a phone call, please be considerate of volume.
17. Avoid running, jumping or playing inside the premises.
18. Inflated balloons are not permitted in the premises. It is also prohibited to fly a kite, drone, or model aircraft inside the premises.
19. Smoking, including the use of e-cigarettes or other vaping devices, is not permitted in the premises.
20. Any person breaching these Visitor Guidelines and causing loss or damage to Sotheby’s property will be liable for a charge imposed as Sotheby’s management deems necessary to replace the damaged items.
21. We may, without prior notice and without refund, compensation or liability, modify these guidelines, change the operating hours of the premises, close the premises or any part of it temporarily, restrict the number of visitors, and/or suspend or cancel any programme or exhibitions to ensure safety, security or order, or if we consider that the circumstances so require.
22. We reserve the right to change, alter, add, delete, suspend, revise and update all information in this document at any time at our absolute discretion without giving any prior notice. Please check prior to your visit to ensure you are aware of the latest information.
歡迎蒞臨蘇富比，請遵守以下規則：

5. 訪客可以攜帶手袋及小型包進入展廳，背包必須背在身前以保護展品。體積過大的手袋、行李、手推車均不可帶入展廳，訪客可將行李及大型物品存放於蘇富比工作人員指定的位置，惟須自行留意個人物品的安全，如有遺失或損壞，蘇富比概不負責。
- 行李尺寸：請勿攜帶大於30 x 42 x 10 公分的大型物品進入展廳，包括背包、袋子、手推車、行李、盒子等。
6. 請勿觸摸任何展品，訪客應時刻與展品保持安全距離，切勿倚靠任何展品。訪客或須承擔責任，並賠償所造成的任何損失。
7. 請將雨具放置於蘇富比接待處指定的雨傘架。
8. 展廳內禁止飲食。
9. 基於安全理由，十二歲或以下兒童必須由父母或監護人陪同方可進入展廳。
10. 除服務犬外，訪客禁止攜帶動物進入展廳。
11. 未經蘇富比事先許可，不得在旗艦藝廊內錄音或錄影。訪客可於展廳內使用手提電話或非專業用途的相機，惟拍攝時切勿對其他訪客造成滋擾，同時應確保藝術品免受損壞。訪客禁止使用自拍器及腳架。
12. 禁止攜帶滑板、滑板車等限制物品進入蘇富比旗艦藝廊。嚴禁在蘇富比旗艦藝廊範圍使用以下物品：
- 相機架、腳架及自拍器
- 滑板、滑板車及單車
- 武器及危險化學品
- 容易腐壞的物品
13. 訪客未獲授權不得進入限制區域。如遇緊急情況，訪客須遵從蘇富比保安人員的指示離開。
14. 展廳內禁止分發或播放未經授權的印刷品或影音資料，並嚴禁進行未經授權的示威或其他未獲邀約的活動。除非已獲蘇富比書面批准，否則不得在蘇富比旗艦藝廊範圍進行以下活動：
- 出售或展示任何商品或服務
- 發表公開演講、示威、舉行講座或講道
- 舉辦、進行或參與任何公開討論、公開辯論、公眾集會或公眾遊行
- 使用任何旗幟、橫幅或標誌煽動人群
- 行乞、招攬生意、賭博、兜售或進行任何非法或不道德的活動
15. 嚴禁攜帶腐蝕性物品和易燃物品等危險品；金屬罐或對任何人及財產構成風險的物品；槍械、彈藥或任何種類的攻擊性武器；以及類似武器的物體進入蘇富比旗艦藝廊。
16. 請注意在展廳內說話的音量，切勿對其他訪客造成滋擾。如需使用手提電話，請降低聲音。
17. 請勿在展廳奔跑、跳躍或嬉戲。
18. 請勿攜帶充氣氣球進入蘇富比旗艦藝廊，並嚴禁在展廳放風箏、操作航拍機或模型飛機。
19. 請勿在蘇富比旗艦藝廊範圍吸煙（包括電子煙或其他吸煙設備）。
20. 任何人如違反本規則而摧毀或損壞蘇富比的財產，蘇富比管理層將向有關人士收取所認為必需的費用，以更換損壞的物品。
21. 為確保安全、維持秩序或因應實際情況，蘇富比旗艦藝廊可能會在沒有事先通知，且不作退款、補償或負上任何責任的情況下，修改規則、更改展廳的開放時間、暫時關閉旗艦藝廊或展廳任何部分、限制參觀人數和／或暫停或取消任何節目或展覽。
22. 蘇富比旗艦藝廊有權酌情隨時更改、增補、刪除、中止、修訂和更新本訪客須知的內容，而不作另行通知。請在到訪前加以查閱以確保掌握最新的資訊。
