Description

After the 1753 drawing by Huet inscribed: 'No 28 Ch (?) - ein Koch (?), welcher einen Hahn rupft n 18 1753 - Cuisinier qui plume un poularde' [...a cook plucking a chicken]; quoted by Eberle, op.cit., no.30, where the drawing and another example are reproduced.
