This autumn, Sotheby’s will present the sale of works from the personal collection of Dorothée Lalanne - daughter of the inimitable French Design duo, Claude and François-Xavier Lalanne. A key couple in the art world, Les Lalanne are famed for their sculptures of nature and animals. Spread across three sales, the auctions will feature iconic works never-before-seen on the market. A highlight of the live auction (4 November) will be François-Xavier’s Minotaure. Two online auctions will feature drawings and prints by François-Xavier Lalanne, and Jewelry and accessories by Claude Lalanne (25 October - 5 November.)
