Our new sale series Classic Design Week – encompassing European furniture, clocks, silver, ceramics, and objects of vertu – showcases over 500 years of craftsmanship. The signature Classic Design auction offers the finest examples in each collecting category, while the Design 17/20 auction is defined by a worldly exploration of design across the centuries. Classic Design Weeks are held biannually in London, Paris, and New York. This season, we are pleased to announce our collaboration with interior designer Remy Renzullo and London-based textile brand, Watts 1874. Together, they present The Indienne Collection -- a curated assortment of fabric and wallpaper meticulously recreated from the original 19th-century Castle Howard patterns. This union effortlessly interweaves the grace of 17th-19th century furniture and decorative arts with the timeless allure of modernist aesthetics offering an engaging tableau of design philosophies.
