Meet Harley Viera-Newton, a Los Angeles-based DJ, designers and model. One of six tastemakers featured in “Why I Collect” – a new series spotlighting young collectors in L.A. who are also driving a surge of creativity in the city – Harley is a lover of collecting vintage fashion and handbags. In 2016, she launched her namesake label, HVN, a line of vintage inspired luxury silk dresses.
