The Vacheron Constantin reference 222 was made for the 222nd anniversary of the brand. The case design by Jörg Hysek is reminiscent of Gérald Genta's world renowned Nautilus Patek Philippe and Royal Oak Audemars Piguet. The striking points of this watch are the Maltese Cross, the notched bezels, and hexagonal links, part of the design of bracelet designer, Gay Frères. This watch is on offer as part of the Important Watches: Part I auction on 14 May in Geneva.
