With such highlights as Rufino Tamayo’s Perro aullando a la Luna, the last painting of a dog from his Animal series in private hands, and Amedeo Modigliani’s 1917 masterpiece Nu Couché – his largest canvas ever – this May’s Impressionist & Modern Art Evening Sale is set to make history.
