Finn Juhl Furniture Consignment
During the 1940s and 1950s, Danish designer and architect Finn Juhl created furniture with movement and life. Eschewing conventional style, Juhl’s sculptural furniture is known for its graceful shapes and virtually invisible joints. Particularly collectible are Danish Modern designs such as the Pelican chair, 45 Chair, Chieftain chair, Baker sofa, 57 sofa, Poet sofa and FJ sideboard.
Sotheby's 20th Century Design auctions often include important pieces of furniture designed and created by Finn Juhl. Sotheby’s consistently outpaces market competitors, often commanding hammer prices much higher than our estimates at auction. If you have a special piece that you are looking to sell, Sotheby's can help you sell your Finn Juhl furniture for its highest price at auction. To get started with a free auction estimate, simply submit photographs and information about your Finn Juhl designed furniture through our easy-to-use online estimate form. Our seasoned specialists will review your submission and issue preliminary estimates for items that can be included in our sales.
