Salvador Dalí 1904 - 1989 Fantastic Beach Scene (Michler-Löpsinger 57) signed and dated in pencil etching on Arches wove paper plate: 238 by 298 mm. 9⅜ by 11¾ in. sheet: 450 by 484 mm. 17¾ by 19 in. Executed in 1934-35, this rare work is one of only a few impressions printed in black (there are also several in sepia), printed by Lacourière. Bruce Hochman ® ™ OS has confirmed the authenticity of this lot.
