There are benefits offered by our cultural and luxury partners worldwide, as well as a host of preferential services to assist your collecting journey.

Reserved for select collectors only, and valid throughout the calendar year, your Sotheby’s Preferred Card will be conveniently located in the Sotheby’s App.

To begin using your membership, please download your membership card by following the steps below.

Accessing Your 2026 Card

Your Sotheby’s Preferred card lives in the Sotheby’s App, ensuring the benefits you value most are at your fingertips. To access your card, please follow the steps below.

  1. Download the latest version of our App, available on iOS and Android.
  2. If you already have the App, you will need the latest version to access your new 2026 card. Follow the instructions under FAQs to update your Sotheby’s App.
  3. Log in using your Sothebys.com credentials.
  4. From the home screen, tap the "My Account" icon on the bottom right-hand side. You will find your card here.

  • How do I update my Sotheby’s App?
    To access your 2026 membership card, you will need the latest version of the Sotheby’s App. If you do not have automatic App updates on your phone, please follow the steps below best suited to your device.

    iOS
    1. Go to the App Store app on your iPhone and tap the icon or your picture at the top right.
    2. Scroll down, then tap Update next to apps you want to update or tap Update All.
    3. After updating the App, log in using your Sothebys.com credentials.
    4. From the home screen, tap the "My Account" icon on the top right-hand side. You will find your 2026 card here. 
     Android:
    1. Open the Google Play Store and tap the profile icon in the top right corner.
    2. Select Manage Apps and Device.
    3. Select ‘Updates available’ to see if your Sotheby’s App needs updating.
    4. If the Sotheby’s App is on this list, tap ‘Update’ next to the app icon.
    5. After updating the App, log in using your Sothebys.com credentials.
    6. From the home screen, tap the "My Account" icon on the top right-hand side. You will find your 2026 card here.
