The legendary couturier’s former headquarters

Between 1974 and 2002, Yves Saint Laurent worked alongside nearly 200 staff at this hôtel particulier in avenue Marceau to create his influential collections. Visitors to the reopened former haute couture house can step into the designer’s personal office, studio and fitting rooms and view showrooms designed to host clients. The museum’s collection comprises over 5,000 haute couture garments and more that 15,000 accessories, sketches, photographs and documents that shed light on the creative process of a perfectionist who revolutionized women’s fashion.
