About the Museum
The Art Museum Pablo Picasso Münster is the first and so far only Picasso Museum in Germany. On around 600 square meters of exhibition space, various aspects and excerpts of the extensive collection of the house can be admired in a thematic alternation.
In addition, special exhibitions with loans from international museums and collections not only dedicated to the life and work of Picasso, but also to his artist friends and contemporaries.
In 2010, on the occasion of its 10th anniversary, the museum was renamed Picasso Münster Graphic Arts Museum to Pablo Picasso Münster Art Museum. In the summer of 2013, the house at Picasso Square received its 1,000,000. Visitors.
