Berardo Collection Museum

The Berardo Collection Museum is a modern and contemporary art museum in Lisbon, Portugal. Founded in 2007, the museum exhibits temporary and permanent exhibits of works by artists by diverse cultural backgrounds and context from the 20th century to today. It has become one of the most popular museums in Portugal. The foundation for their permanent collection was the private art collection of Joe Berardo and the museum’s collection now includes over 1,000 works of art, the highlights of which are works by Willem de Kooning, Jackson Pollock, Cindy Sherman, Pablo Picasso and Richard Serra.

In addition to their exhibitions they present a broad selection of programming for all ages to educate those in modern and contemporary art.

It is located in the Belem neighborhood of Lisbon.
