he Queens Museum’s 2026 Gala will honor multidisciplinary artist Derrick Adams and Community Champion Award recipient, Queens Borough President, Donovan Richards Jr.
The Queens Museum’s 2026 Gala Auction includes four exceptional works from pre-eminent artists and the world's leading galleries. Lots include works by artists Derrick Adams, Katherina Olschbaur, b. Robert Moore, and Guy Stanley Philoche. Auction proceeds will support the sustainability of the Queens Museum and help realize the vision for the Suna Children’s Museum.
The Queens Museum is dedicated to presenting the highest quality visual arts and educational programming for people in the New York metropolitan area, and particularly for the residents of Queens, a uniquely diverse, ethnic, cultural, and international community.
The Museum fulfills its mission by designing and providing art exhibitions, public programs and educational experiences that promote the appreciation and enjoyment of art, support the creative efforts of artists, and enhance the quality of life through interpreting, collecting, and exhibiting art, architecture, and design.
The Queens Museum is a non-profit, 501(c)3 organization.
