Inspired by the great houses and salons of Europe, Chez Sotheby’s draws on a rich tradition of cultural gathering — from the celebrated salons of Marie-Laure de Noailles, Jacqueline de Ribes and Charles de Beistegui to legendary Parisian institutions such as Le Palace and Le Mathis.

A menu by chef Erika Blu of Atelier Renata pairs classic Italian dishes and French desserts, complemented by ice-cold martinis to fine champagne by a legendary bartender Colin Field, former head barman of the Hemingway Bar at the Ritz Paris.

For one week only, Chez Sotheby’s becomes part of the rhythm of Paris: a destination to return to between openings, appointments and fairs, where great art is experienced in good company.
