Description
Produced for only a year, Reference 6262 is a rare and valuable example of a vintage Rolex Daytona. With a black dial and white registers, the legendary Daytona timepiece is immediately recognizable to any watch enthusiast.
Condition Report
Watch is in very good overall condition with normal signs of use to the lightly polished case.
Bottom right lug has a noticeable nick to it, but the case is overall very strong and sharp.
Inside case back is stamped 6239 and CRS.
Dial is in very good all original condition with some loss of lume plots. The lume in the hands matches that of the dial.
Bracelet is in good condition and is marked 3.70, likely original to the watch.
Movement is running at time of cataloguing; however, it was not tested for the accuracy of time or duration of the power reserve and may need service at the buyer's discretion.
