Description
Only found on two of the brand's platinum models, the present reference 116506 features Rolex's signature ice-blue dial. Its chestnut brown sub dials are complemented by a matching Ceracrhom bezel that is engraved with a tachymetric scale capable of recording speeds up to 400 units per hour. Introduced in 2013 to celebrate the Cosmograph Daytona's 50th anniversary, this is a special timepiece for any Rolex collection and it is accompanied by its original box and papers with two spare bracelet links.
Condition Report
Very GoodThe watch is in very good condition. with some light wear to center links on bracelet and center section of clasp, very small mark to center link at 12 o'clock. The dial is in excellent condition. The movement and chronograph are running at the time of cataloging, however, it was not tested for the accuracy of time or duration of the power reserve and may need service at the buyer's discretion. Please note that Sotheby's does not guarantee the future working of the movement.
