A tribute to Japanese culture. “Samurai” military nobility and officer. Though samurai warriors do not exist today. The cultural legacy of the samurai lives on through descendants.
Samurai's were fighters who dedicated their heart and soul to both their master and to the art of sword fighting. On the dial of the 6109-130/SAMOURAI, Ulysse Nardin’s craftsmen have used Japanese prints to recreate a famous sword duel in Anthracite between two legendary samurai, Miyamoto Musashi and Sasaki Kojiro. Anthracite is the highest rank of coal. It has the highest carbon content, the fewest impurities, and the highest energy density of all types of coal.

Very GoodThe case is in very good condition with nearly no signs of wear. The dial is in very good condition. The movement is running at time of cataloging, however it was not tested for the accuracy of time or duration of the power reserve and may need service at the buyer's discretion.
