Description
Produced for approximately 9 months, the reference 168000 is a transitional model between the 16800 and the 11610 references. It uses upgraded stainless steel (904L instead of 316L) and that is the only real difference between this model and its predecessor. Due to the extremely short window of production, this is a rare and desirable Sub model.
Condition Report
GoodCase is in overall good condition, showing normal signs of wear, commensurate with age. Case is unpolished.
Numbers are crisp between the lugs.
Bezel insert is a service replacement in good condition with some scratches.
Dial and hands are in good condition. There are some small spots of damage to the edge of the dial, notably at 6 and 9 o'clock.
Bracelet has stretch and shows signs of wear. The clasp is dented.
Movement is running at time of cataloguing; however, it was not tested for the accuracy of time or duration of the power reserve and may need service at the buyer's discretion.
