Description
The Rolex Sea-Dweller is the ultimate tool watch and the reference 16600 is one of the more interesting models due to its 20 year production run. Over the course of that production, the luminous material on the dial changed from tritium, to luminova, and finally to super-luminova. This example is an R-serial making it from the first year of production for the reference. Offered with Rolex service papers from 2018, this is arguably still one of the best buys in neo-vintage Rolex.

Very GoodThe watch is in overall very good condition with light signs of use throughout, commensurate with age.
The case has been lightly polished in the past.
At service by Rolex, the crown and hands were replaced.
The dial is in good condition with the slightest sign of age at the tritium hour markers.
The bracelet is in good condition with light stretch and light signs of wear.
The movement is running at time of cataloguing; however, it was not tested for the accuracy of time or duration of the power reserve and may need service at the buyer's discretion.
