Description
Introduced in 1989, the Explorer reference 14270 is a close interpretation of the longest-running model, the 1016. The main upgrades were the dial design and the movement. Over the span of the 14270's production, interesting changes took place relating to the luminous material used, case design and bracelet clasps. This is a P-serial example from 2000, just after the lume was switched to Super Luminova, and the last year the model was produced.

The watch is in very good overall condition. The case shows light signs of wear throughout. The dial and hands are in excellent condition and original. The bracelet is in good condition with light signs of use throughout. The movement is working at the time of cataloging.
