Description
Offered in complete condition, this white gold Day-Date is the modern interpretation of the classic. The 41mm Day-Date was introduced in 2008 and was quite the departure from its original size at 36mm. Found on the wrists of former presidents such as Lyndon B. Johnson, the watch is nicknamed "President" and characterized by its day and date display. In 1988, the new caliber 3155 was introduced allowing for independent setting of the day and date. As one of the most recognizable watches ever produced, the Day-Date 41 checks all the necessary boxes for a modern classic.
Condition Report
GoodThe watch is in overall good condition.
There are light signs of wear throughout to the case and bracelet and one more noticeable nick to the outside of the bottom right lug.
The case remains unpolished.
The dial and hands are in excellent original condition.
The movement is running at time of cataloguing; however, it was not tested for the accuracy of time or duration of the power reserve and may need service at the buyer's discretion.
