1970s Piaget Protocole, cut Corner Rectangular Cushion Shape Case features rhodium plated straight-line lever escapement with monometallic balance Adjusted to 5 positions as well as a shock absorber with a self-compensating flat Balance spring, champagne dial with yellow gold dauphine hands, slack strap with white gold Piaget tange Buckle.
Condition Report
Case is in overall good condition with surface wear throughout and dents commensurate with age. The strap and buckle show minor signs of wear. Dial developed some spotting/ deterioration evenly throughout commensurate with age. The movement is running at the time of cataloging, however, it was not tested for the accuracy of time or duration of the power reserve and may need service at the buyer's discretion. Please note that Sotheby's does not guarantee the future working of the movement.
