Description
The Omega Flightmaster is a unique watch due to its design and characteristics. It was developed by the brand for pilots and features a dual-time function and chronograph. The second hour hand for the watch is noticeably in the shape of a plane. The colorful chrono and sub-register hands make it easily legible, as well as the large case size. The inner-rotating bezel is controlled by the crown on the left hand side of the case at 8 o'clock, and the second hour hand by the crown above it on the same side. All a pilot could need from a watch is included and the ingenuity of Omega has made this a collectable vintage piece.
Condition Report
Very GoodThe watch is in very good overall condition with a case that has some light scratches throughout, but appears to remain unpolished. The crowns are all original and correct. The crystal has scratches throughout. The dial and hands are in excellent condition. The lume in the hands has darkened a tad. The end links are marked 172 and the bracelet 1162, both correct for the watch. The bracelet and clasp show normal signs of wear. The chronograph and movement are working at the time of cataloging.
