Distillation Process: Double Pot Still
Original Distillery: Bunnahabhain and other Active Islay Distilleries
Ingredients: 100% Barley
Younger malt is distilled for 8 years in cask and 27 years for the older malt; Bottled in Scotland in 2019; Bottle #19 of 36;
This is the second edition of this bottling. Also known as the "little brother" of Samaroli's Ferry to Islay, the same technique is used here of blending casks of younger and older whisky to allow for a greater range of aromas and layers of flavor.
