An update on the classic AF1 silhouette, this 'Waterproof' model from 2003 was reimagined for rugged wear. The style features Nike’s signature Wheat colorway and the upper has a waterproof finish to help protect against the elements. The Wheat upper is contrasted with Baroque Brown Swooshes, laces and liners. The Velcro strap wraps the collar to provide the ankle with increased stability. Below the Air-Sole cushioning, its rubber outsole is fitted with a circular tread pattern. Designed by Bruce Kilgore, the Air Force 1 was the first basketball shoe to feature revolutionary air pocket technology. Today it is one of Nike’s most iconic, best selling sneakers.
