Nike

The famed, influential graffiti artist, Josh ‘Stash’ Franklin, collaborated with the Nike to create what is considered to be among the most significant AF1 designs of the ‘sneakerhead’ era. A remix of Stash’s 2003 design, the 2017 concept is an all-white makeover in leather and mesh.

In celebration of the 35th Anniversary of the Air Force 1, Nike surprised the world by releasing the 2017 Nike Air Force 1 High “Stash” as a surprise addition to the AF-100 Collection. The AF-100 Collection tapped the mind of five of the most distinguished and influential creative minds of pop-culture, style, fashion, and music to bring the classic white/white colorway to new heights. Only 90 pairs of the Air Force 1 High “Stash” were released to the public at ComplexCon via the Nike SNKRS app. 

Originally released in 1982, the Air Force 1 is named after the presidential aircraft. Designed by Bruce Kilgore, it was the first basketball shoe to feature revolutionary air pocket technology. Today it is one of Nike’s most iconic, bestselling sneakers.
