These dual signed player exclusive sample sneakers were worn by John Stockton during the 1999-2000 Utah Jazz season. The Hall of Famer and 10 time All-Star performer holds the record for the most career assists and steals. He is regarded as one of the best point guards of all-time. 

This particular Air Props Uptempo model was never released to the public though the shoes are labeled with style number and colorway. They were made exclusively for Stockton and the tags show a production date of 09/13/99.
