To celebrate the 2011 Lunar New Year, Nike released a Quickstrike Supreme Air Force 1 ‘Year of the Rabbit’ model, inspired by Shanghai's nostalgic 'White Rabbit' creamy candy and the Chinese Zodiac.

The clean build features premium white leather uppers, platinum suede panels and a milky white midsole. Pops of color include vibrant red and royal blue mismatched Swooshes, blue laces, blue ‘2011’ deubrés. The Chinese character for rabbit features on the red tongue tag. The shoes come packaged in a special container molded to look exactly like the White Rabbit candy on which this release is based. 

Originally released in 1982, the Air Force 1 is named after the presidential aircraft. Designed by Bruce Kilgore, it was the first basketball shoe to feature revolutionary air pocket technology. Today it is one of Nike’s most iconic, best selling sneakers.
