Description

In commemoration of the 'City of Angels', Nike and Mr. Cartoon teamed up in early 2005 to release a series of Air Force 1’s that were done in Mr Cartoon’s world-famous tattoo designs. The Los Angeles series featured four different pairs, including the Air Force 1 ‘Brown Pride’ which was the last to release in the series. The original Mr. Cartoon Air Force 1’s are highly sought after to this day.

Originally released in 1982, the Air Force 1 is named after the presidential aircraft. Designed by Bruce Kilgore, it was the first basketball shoe to feature revolutionary air pocket technology. Today it is one of Nike’s most iconic, bestselling sneakers.
