Description
In 2003, a year after the 2002 Air Max 1 B ‘Atmos Safari’, Nike and Japanese retailer Atmos debuted their second take on the Air Max silhouette. The Atmos x Air Max 1 B ‘Viotech’ fashions the signature Viotech Swoosh and Air bubble. The pair is dressed in khaki leather and dark brown suede tones with white leather overlays and a rubber outsole that blends seamlessly. Unique to the collaboration is the hints of gold on the metallic embroidered mini Swoosh, back heel and tongue branding. To pop in the color scheme, the side Swoosh is finished in a bold purple leather. It is no surprise that the pair was ranked number 12 on the Complex “100 Best Sneakers of the Complex Decade'' in 2012.
