American Japonesque sterling silver centerpiece bowl made by Tiffany & Co., New York.
- Hemispheric form with wavy rim.
- Exterior with applied and acid-etched ornament heightened with gilding and engraving.
- Stylistically integrated acid-etched interlaced script monogram.
- Gilt-washed and engraved interior.
- Further embellished with spot-hammered ground.
- Raised on a round and stepped foot.
- Fully marked, including pattern number 5026 (first produced in 1877), director's letter M (1873-1891) and number 2092.
