Description

Anthony Quinn is a Mexican-Californian artist born in 1915. There is clear Cubist influence in his art, clearly reminiscent of Picasso's works. He also is an Academy Award-winning actor.

This watch is crafted out of solid 18k gold, including the dial. The rotor has Cotes de Geneve design and features an engraving of Anthony Quinn's signature. This watch is limited to 999 models in 18k yellow gold.

The watch is in very good overall condition. The case shows almost no signs of wear and appears to have been lightly polished once, as there is one partially rubbed hallmark to the case back. The dial and hands are in excellent condition. The movement is running at time of cataloguing; however, it was not tested for the accuracy of time or duration of the power reserve and may need service at the buyer's discretion. Please note that Sotheby's does not guarantee the future working of the movement.
