The reference 116400 was launched in 2007, reviving the Milgauss collection after decades of absence. The watch was conceived with engineers, geologists and all magnetic-related professionals, as it is able to cope with magnetic fields up to 1000 gauss (hence the name Mil-gauss).

The present piece is fitted with the 50th anniversary green sapphire crystal, further enhancing its desirability.

The sobre black dial bears splashes of orange to the 3, 6 and 9 o'clock indexes as well as around the outer minute track. The signature element of the timepiece is of course its lighting bolt seconds hand, giving the watch a sporty and playful look.
